Regulations and conditions
- The rates include IGV (General Sales Tax).
- Minimum number of passengers for the Palpa and Pampas full overflight: 4 passengers.
- A non-resident passenger is exempt from IGV. A receipt will be issued in their name (stay of less than 180 days in the country, with a copy of the passport and immigration stamp required at check-in).
- Shared service. Private service available upon request and subject to quotation.
- Subject to availability and weather conditions. If the flight is canceled due to weather, the overflight will be rescheduled for the same passenger or a 75% refund will be issued (25% deducted for administrative costs). If rescheduling for another passenger is required, there is a US$10 name change fee.
- Reservations require full passenger details: name, passport and/or ID, age, and approximate weight (maximum 90kg per passenger; otherwise, an additional charge of US$40 may apply at check-in).
- Cancellations without penalty must be made at least 48 hours before the service. Within 24 hours, an 80% penalty applies (only 20% will be refunded, subject to email confirmation).
- To board the overflight, it is mandatory to present a passport and/or ID for each passenger.
- Children under 2 years old fly for free (maximum 1 infant).
- Children aged 2 to 8 years: Classic overflight – $40.00 (maximum 2 children per flight).
- Children aged 2 to 8 years: 45-minute and/or 1-hour overflight – $95.00 (maximum 2 children per flight).
- TUUA (Airport Use Fee) is not included and must be paid directly at the aerodrome at the municipal counter. If TUUA is handled by Meteorito, there is a cost of US$10 per passenger, which must be paid at least 24 hours in advance along with the service fee. This amount will be added to your invoice or receipt.
- The Tourist Ticket (BT) costs S/ 47 and must be paid directly at the aerodrome at the Ministry of Culture counter.
- Overflight schedules are arranged one day before the service. For operational inquiries, please call: 940 495 158.
- The payment includes two transfers: hotel and/or station – aerodrome – hotel and/or station, between 06:00 and 18:00 hrs. For transfers outside these hours, there is an additional charge of US$5 per passenger. This amount will be added to your invoice or receipt.

- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit or transfer voucher, which must be sent via email.
- Payments can be made to the accounts of Meteorito Aerolíneas S.A.C.
