
Regulations and conditions
• Minimum number of passengers for the Palpa and Pampas Full overflight: 4 passengers.
• Non-resident passengers (non-Peruvian) do not pay VAT. A receipt will be issued in the passenger’s name (less than 180 days in the country; copy of passport and immigration entry stamp required at check-in).
• Service is provided on a shared basis; private service is subject to quotation.
• Subject to space availability and weather conditions. In case of flight cancellation due to weather, the overflight will be rescheduled for the same passenger or 75% will be refunded (25% retained for administrative expenses). If rescheduling is requested for a different passenger, a US$10 name-change fee applies.
• For reservations, full passenger details are required: full name, passport and/or national ID, age, and approximate weight (maximum 90 kg per passenger; otherwise, there is a risk of an additional US$40 charge at check-in).
• If the combined weight of passengers assigned to a flight exceeds the authorized limit, the Company reserves the right to reschedule and reassign those passengers to another flight, which may involve a different departure time. Such rescheduling will be coordinated in advance with the passenger and/or the responsible agency.
• Cancellations without penalty must be requested at least 48 hours before the service. Within 24 hours, the penalty is 80% (only 20% refundable, with email request).
• It is mandatory to present a passport and/or national ID for each passenger before the overflight.
• Children under 2 years old travel free of charge (maximum 1 infant).
• Children aged 2 to 8 years old, Classic overflight: US$40.00 (maximum 2 children per flight).
• Children aged 2 to 8 years old, Palpa or Pampas Full overflight: US$95.00 (maximum 2 children per flight).
• TUUA airport tax is not included and must be paid directly at the aerodrome at the municipal counter. TUUA payment will be handled by Meteorito at a cost of US$12 per passenger and must be paid at least 24 hours in advance together with the service payment. The amount will be charged to your receipt or invoice.
• Tourist Ticket (BT) cost S/ 47 must be paid directly at the aerodrome at the Ministry of Culture counter.
• Overflight schedules are arranged one day prior to the service. To contact Operations, please call: 940 495 158 and/or 940 495 156.
• Waiting time at the airport before the overflight begins is unknown; requested times do not constitute confirmation.
• The Company will not be responsible for damages arising from delays or changes in departures or arrivals beyond its control.
• The payment includes 2 transfers: hotel and/or station – aerodrome – hotel and/or station, between 07:00 and 17:00. Transfers outside these hours cost US$5 per passenger. The amount will be charged to your receipt or invoice.

• Reservations are reconfirmed upon receipt of the deposit or transfer voucher, which must be sent by email.
• Boarding will not be permitted for:
o Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
o Persons whose health condition is incompatible with the overflight.
o Passengers carrying weapons, explosives, flammable substances, or dangerous items.
o Cargo or items that are fragile, valuable, oversized, or unsuitable for the aircraft.
• Agencies, companies, institutions, and passengers must comply with all current airport regulations and restrictions in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Government of Peru.
